PAT’S WW 1SP CHOCOLATE ORANGE TRIFLE
Points 4SPs for 1 sachet chocolate blancmange or any flavour natch of jelly and blancmange

Ingredients
  • 20 bite size shredded wheat
  • 2 Sachets orange sugar free jelly crystals
  • 1 sachet chocolate blancmange
  • 1 pint BOB or skimmed milk
  • 2 dessert spoons granulated sweetener
  • 1½ pints water
  • Quark sweetened with Sweetener or sugar free flavdrops
Steps
  1. Put 5 bite size shredded wheat in 4 bowls
  2. Dissolve the jelly crystals in ½ pint boiling water when dissolved top up with 1 pint cold water, and add to the shredded wheat put in the fridge to set
  3. Make the blancmange with the sweetener and milk, whisk occasionally to cool it down to prevent  it forming a skin. When cool enough share it equally between the dishes and put back in the fridge. Decorate before serving.
