Ingredients

  • ½ cup Sofrito or no salt added tomato sauce
  • 3 teaspoons (2 packets) Sazon Culantro ey Achiote
  • ⅛ teaspoon adobo (or just a pinch)
  • 1 (15 oz) can red beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can Goya Green Pigeon peas**
  • (I used ½ can)
  • 4 ½ cups chicken or beef stock
  • 2 cups basmati white rice
