- 1 organic Gala apple, chopped
- 1 cup thinly sliced organic celery
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil mayonnaise
- 2 tsp grainy Dijon mustard (or regular Dijon)
- ½ tsp honey
- ¼ tsp salt
