  • Here’s a little appetizer idea for you. Whenever I peel potatoes, I put the peelings on parchment paper. Toss with olive oil and your favorite seasoning (Local Cajun seasoning for us Cajuns). Bake at 375 until crisp. We like them plain but this time I have some spinach dip from Aldi for dipping. So good!
