  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • red onion thinly sliced

  • 4 ounces vegan cream cheese
  • 6 tablespoons non-dairy creamer I used Ripple
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 2 tabelspoons cilantro finely chopped
  • pepper to taste
