Smoked salmon/trout/white fish brine and smoking directions
Ingredients

  • ½ cup each white and brown sugar,
  • 1 cup white or white zinfandel wine
  • 1 cup soy sauce (no particular brand)
  • Powdered garlic, powdered onion. Add each until you feel there is enough.
  • Tabasco or other hot sauce. Again, amount to taste.
