Ingredients
- 1 cup (90g) almond flour
- ½ cup (40g) quest multipurpose
- 1 TB baking powder
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 4 TB melted butter
- ½ cup 0% greek yogurt
Steps
- Preheat oven to 450°F
- Spray muffin pan with cooking oil
- In a large bowl mix almond flour, quest, baking powder, garlic
- In a small bowl whisk eggs, butter, yogurt until smooth
- Pour into large bowl with dry ingredients.
- Mix until batter is thoroughly mixed
- Stir in cheese
- Scoop ¼ cup of batter and place into muffin pan. The batter is super sticky so use a rubber spatula
- Bake biscuits about 10 minutes or until golden
- Remove biscuits from muffin pan
Notes
- Optional Butter Garlic Topping
- In a small bowl, mix ½ TB melted butter, ½ tsp granulated garlic, 1 tsp parsley flakes . Brush onto tops of biscuits while the biscuits are still warm.
