How to Make Korean Gochugaru Salmon Whole30/Paleo
Ingredients
  • 6 4 to 6 oz salmon sustainable and responsibly sourced Atlantic Salmon or Sockeye Salmon.
  • ½ tsp salt only use if your coconut aminos is not super salty. Some brands are.
  • 1 tsp chinese five spice find it in your local grocers spice aisle
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried oragano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • subheading: sauce:
  • 1 cup coconut aminos Best to use coconut aminos which is not super thick. My aminos of choice is traders joes brand coconut aminos. They are not as over powering.
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp korean gochugaru course red pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • 2 tsp heaping full minced garlic
