  1. Chocolate Zucchini bread.
  2. 3 eggs,
  3. 1c oil,
  4. 2c. Sugar,
  5. 2 c grated zucchini,
  6. 2tsp vanilla,
  7. mix together, then add
  8. 3 c flour,
  9. ΒΌ tsp baking powder,
  10. 1 tsp baking soda,
  11. 3tsp cinnamon,
  12. 2tbs baking cocoa,
  13. pour into greased bread pans and bake for 60 min at 325
