Stir Fry Spaghetti

Ingredients
  • 16 ounce package spaghetti, uncooked
  • 1 pound italian pork sausage links, cut into 1 inch slices
  • 1 sweet onion, cut into ½ inch wedges
  • 2 red peppers, cut into ½ strips
  • 5 tomatoes, cut into 1 inch wedges
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 8 ounce can tomato sauce
Steps
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium-high heat, sook sausage until lightly browned.
  3. Add onion, red peppers and tomatoes; cook and stir for 5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and seasonings; stir and add tomato sauce.
  5. Reduce heat slightly; cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
