Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz can chick peas
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice, or 1 large lemon
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ½ large clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, plus more for serving
  • ½ to 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp ground cumin, 2 to 3 tbsp chickpea water
  • dash of paprika
Steps
  1. tahini + lemon juice
