Cool whip / vanilla pudding dessert

We met at a Whole food plant based meeting at church

Crushed vanilla orieo cookies
For the bottom crust

Then Slices strawberries and put them on cookie crust....

Then mix Cool whip & vanilla pudding and put on top of strawberries

Then crush more vanilla cookies
( not as finely crushed as for the crust ) and sprinkled on the top

Chill & Serve - Delicious!
