Munchmallow Cubes
Ingredients
  • subheading: For the dough:
  • 6 yolks,
  • 120 grams of sugar,
  • 200 ml of milk,
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil,
  • 120 grams of flour,
  • 10 grams of baking powder,
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar,
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
  • subheading: For the filling :
  • 6 egg whites,
  • 120 g of sugar
  • //30 ml of water, 100 grams of sugar
  • Glaze: 160 grams of chocolate + 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Steps
  1. Whisk the sugar and egg yolks, then add the milk, vanilla sugar, and oil and mix everything well with a mixer. Add baking powder to the flour and mix it. Add flour and cocoa to the egg mixture. Pour the biscuit mixture on baking paper, then bake in an oven preheated to 200 C - about twenty minutes.
  2. While the biscuit is baking, whisk the egg whites until you get solid snow. Add 10 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla sugar, then stir a little more.
  3. Put 10 spoons of sugar and 4 spoons of water in the pot, and then mix this by hand, without a mixer. Gradually add the melted sugar to the egg whites, stirring constantly.
  4. Spread the mixture on the crust and return for another 10 minutes in the oven, which you have reduced to 120 C.
  5. Make the glaze from chocolate, oil and water. Pour over the Munchmallow, when cooled down.
  6. Put to the fridge for two hours. Enjoy.
