Easy Aloo Beans (Green Beans and Potato)
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds or Jeera
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 Green chili chopped (optional)
  • 2 cup Green Beans chopped in ½ inch pieces
  • 1 Potato cubed into small peices
  • subheading: Spices:
  • 2 tsp Coriander or Dhania powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric or Haldi powder
  • ¼ tsp Red Chili or Mirchi powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango or Amchur powder (can be replaced with lemon juice)
