A bourbon-based cocktail in which corn kernels add sweetness and a satisfying viscosity (don’t worry, they get strained out before serving). It is an incredibly complementary ingredient since bourbon by law is made from at least 51 percent corn. by J.M. Hirsch
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup frozen corn kernels (thawed)
  • ¼ cup pineapple chunks
  • 3 ounces bourbon
  • ¼ ounce agave or simple syrup
  • Dash Angostura bitters
  • 6 to 10 grains kosher salt
  • Ice cubes
