  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 56g vanilla protein powder (your favorite kind!)
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup honey
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
