Ingredients
  • ¼ cup pureed blueberries
  • ⅛ cup apple sauce
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1 ½ cups flax seed meal (See Note)
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • ¾ cup whole milk or unsweetened almond milk (I use vanilla almond milk)
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup whole flax seeds
  • 3 tsps. Coconut Oil
