Salisbury Steak Burgers with Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • subheading: For the mushroom gravy:
  • 2 tablespoons fat of choice (I used duck fat-duh)
  • ¾ cup beef broth
  • 6oz can coconut milk
  • yellow onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 package mushrooms (your choice what kind)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
