Ingredients
  • ¾ cups old fashioned rolled oats made into oat flour
  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup chopped cashews
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp cardamom
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ cup pitted dates - if hard then soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and then drained
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup avocado oil - melted
  • ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp honey
