  • 1 CUP OF FLOUR
  • YOU MAY HAVE TO ADD MORE FLOUR OR MILK TO GET THE RIGHT CONSISTENCY
  • THE DOUGH IS NOT RUNNY BUT VERY STICKY.
  • ONCE POTATOES ARE DONE DROP DOUGH INTO WATER A LITTLE AT A TIME AND LET THEM COOK FOR ABOUT 5 to 6 MINUTES WHILE ITS STILL BOILING
  • THEN ADD 1 QT OF HEAVY CREAM LET SIMMER A GOOD WHILE UNTIL BROTH THICKENS UP.
