Vietnamese Shaking Beef

  • 1 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch) mixed with 1 tbsp water
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 lime wedge
  • watercress to serve
  • steamed rice to serve

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • subheading: Pepper salt:
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
