Peruvian-Style Chicken Breast with Green Sauce
Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup lime juice (from about 2 large limes)

  • 1 cup packed cilantro leaves
  • 2 medium jalapenos, seeds removed and coarsely chopped*
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from about 2 limes)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup light mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup nonfat, plain greek yogurt
  • water, as needed, to thin out the sauce
