Hotdog Hash
A quick cheap and filling breakfast.

Ingredients
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 hotdog
  • ½ onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Steps
  1. Medium dice potato, hotdog and onion.
  2. Heat vegetable oil on medium high heat until shimmering
  3. Add onion and potato to oil and cook until onions are translucent and potatoes just start to brown.
  4. Once potatoes just start to brown and soften add hotdog
  5. Cooke until potatoes have crisped on the outside and hotdog cooks
  6. Transferred potato hotdog mix to plate season with salt and pepper to taste
  7. In the same pan crack 2 eggs and fry over easy or over medium
  8. Serve eggs on top of potato mixture.
Notes
  • Best with ketchup and or hot sauce
