Cheese Tartlets with Bacon Onion Jam
Ingredients
  • 1 can of Refrigerated Biscuit Dough, any variety will do, I used the butter ones. I used about 3 to 4 biscuits from the can.
  • 2 cups of shredded cheese of your choice, I used a white cheddar and I highly recommend you using cheese you grate yourself for optimal melting
  • ¼ cup approximately of slice chives
  • 4 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 1 cup of jam or jelly of your choice, I like to use a peach, apricot jam
  • 1 lb of bacon, diced
  • ½ cup of sweet onion, diced
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of cayenne
  • optional, one shot of a honey whiskey, I buy the airplane bottle size
