Ingredients
  • 2 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1½ tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 jar of pinto bean dip or use Epicurious creamy pinto bean dip
  • 1½ tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 4 Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese blend or shredded cheddar cheese
