Creole Cream Sauce for Fish, Shrimp and Pasta

  • 2 teaspoons Creole Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup canned diced tomatoes drained lightly
  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice juice of about ½ lime
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
