  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1⁄3 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed

  • 2½ tablespoons arrowroot starch
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract, alcohol free
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
