Raspberry Supercharged Smoothies
Ingredients
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup swiss chard
  • 1 small tomato
  • ½ to 1 cup water
  • 1 serving Science-Smart SuperCharged Smoothie Base Mix
  • Place liquid in blender first, heaviest food last, blend adding water or ice to achieve desired consistency. Lose weight and enjoy!
