1 ½ cups (180 g) all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon (4 g) baking soda

1 teaspoon (4 g) cornstarch

1 teaspoon (6 g) salt

1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter

¾ cup (88.5 g) good quality dark cocoa powder

¾ cup (160 g) packed brown sugar

½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar

1 teaspoon (4.2 g) vanilla extract

2 eggs

1 cup (180 g) milk chocolate chips

2.6 ounces white chocolate, I used Lindt white chocolate bars and broke them into rectangular pieces (.1 ounce for each cookie)
