  • 1 to 2 tablespoons (14g to 28g) granulated sugar, honey, or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon table salt
  • 2 cups (454g) liquid whey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons (25g to 50g) vegetable oil
  • note: Substitute 2 cups (227g) whole wheat flour or use a combination of all-purpose and whole wheat flours, if desired.
