  • 1½ TABLESPOONS SOY SAUCE
  • 1 TABLESPOON BLACK PEPPERCORNS
  • 2 BAY LEAVES
  • ½ TEASPOON DRIED THYME
  • 1 to 2 DRIED SHIITAKE MUSHROOMS, BROKEN INTO PIECES (OPTIONAL)
