PAT’s ANY TYPE OF FILLING QUICHE

Ingredients
  • 300 gms Asda fat free natural cottage cheese bitzed
  • 8 large Eggs
  • 70 gms lighter mature cheddar grated
  • Filling of your choice (this one is roasted red peppers (from a jar and cut into pieced. and cherry tomatoes cut into ¼s )
Steps
  1. Blitz the cottage cheese in a food processor add the eggs in 1 at a time mixing before the next, Either add ½ the grated cheese to the mix, then your filling to the mixture or layer them in a non stick or greased greased dish I put mine in the Instant Pot silicone cake pan then cooked in the Instant Pot.
  2. Put 250 mls of water at the bottom of the inner pot place the quiche on the trivet and lower into the pot either cover with foil or a silicone seal Manual 20 minutes 10 minutes NPR
  3. Top with the remainder of the cheese and put under the grill intil the cheese has melted and turned golden
  4. OVEN TIMINGS APPROX 30 to 45 MINUTES AT 180 Or until,cooked and set
