  • 1 handful (50 g) parsley, chopped
  • 1 handful (50 g) mint, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds (optional)

  • ½ cup full fat natural yoghurt
  • 2 to 3 tbsp tahini
  • ½ of a lemon, juiced
  • pinch of salt
