Ingredients
  • Trivet in and 500mls chicken stock
  •  
  • Pressure cooker on high for 30 minutes (chicken 1.8kg) npr for 5 minutes and then qpr
  • Spray with oil and salt
  •  
  • Emptied liquid (kept for stock) and put on air fryer lid and air fried for 15 minutes on 204C
  • juicy and tender!!!!
