Italian Cottage Cheese Salad

Servings: 1 to 1 Lean, 3 Greens, 2 Condiments

Servings: 1 - 1 Lean, 3 Greens, 2 Condiments
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup Cottage Cheese, 1%
  • ½ cup Cucumber
  • 1 cup Raw Lettuce, Romaine
  • ½ cup Raw Tomatoes, Cherry
  • ½ tsp Italian Seasonings
Steps
  1. Prep your ingredients. Tear romaine lettuce into small pieces.
  2. Peel the cucumber and chop into bite-sized pieces, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. In a small bow, mix the cottage cheese and Italian seasoning.
  4. Combine the romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and cottage cheese mixture.
Notes
  • Red Onions & Kalamata Olives can be added but not on ”plan”
  • For a complete meal add Chicken..
  • If you are making a “big” batch, keep cottage cheese mixture separate & add the day of serving or add to each serving when you plan on eating it.
