  • 1 medium Onion Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup lowest sodium you can find
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Chipotle Pepper
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Raisins or Tart Cherries
  • ¼ cup chopped Walnuts
  • 2 cups Brown Rice or Cauliflower Rice
