Ca Nuong Da Don Vietnamese Roasted Catfish
Ingredients
  • 3 to 5 lb catfish, cleaned white and butterflied
  •

  • 2 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of shallots
  • Additional ΒΌ cup honey for lathering the fish

  • Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to chopped green onion (I use 2 to 3 bunches) then add some salt. Mix until oil is evenly distributed. Microwave for about 30 seconds.

  • vermicelli noodles
  • rice paper
  • fresh herbs: mint, perilla, lettuce, basil, cucumbers, pickled carrots/daikon
