Chicken Korma with Cauliflower Rice

  • 2 tsp curry powder

  • 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1⁄2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1⁄2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1⁄2 cup water
