  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup cooking oil
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • Filling and Decorations
  • 150 g Belgian dark chocolate (minimum 70 percent cocoa solids)
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons raspberry jam
  • ¾ cup (150g) mixed summer fruit (strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
