Apple Pie Energy Balls
Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 3 Tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 6 large Medjool dates pitted
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup almond butter (make sure it is fully mixed)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¾ cup apple slices
