PAT’S NO COUNT BANANA, BRAEBURN APPLE AND OATBRAN LOAF CAKE

Ingredients
  • 250 gms Oatbran
  • 55 gms of Sukrin Gold
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 4 Braeburn apples grated
  • 2 large bananas
  • 3 large eggs
Steps
  1. Grate the apples
  2. Put all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl I stir with a whisk to ensure even distribution
  3. Blend the bananas and eggs in a blender until smooth stir through the grated apple and add the mix into the dry ingredients and combine well
  4. Put the mixture into a 2Lb loaf cake tin ( I always use cake liners )
  5. Cook at 180 for 40 to 50 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean
  6. INSTANT POT LUX GREASE CERAMIC INNER PUT THE MIX IN THE INNER SET THE CAKE FUNCTION NORMAL PRESSURE VENT SEALED FOR 60 MINUTES PRESS CANCEL AND
  7. 10 MINUTES NPR LEAVE IN TIN FOR 10 MINUTES AND TUN OUT ONTO A COOLING RACK
