  • 4 teaspoons baking powder, (1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup oil or butter
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup, or brown sugar
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen or add more or have mixture of fruits.
