Ingredients
  • 5 eggs
  • 4 tbls  Sukrin One or Splenda granules 2 Syns
  • 28 gms SR flour     4.5 Syns
Steps
  1. whisk the eggs with 4 tbls  Sukrin One or Splenda whisk until thick and frothy this takes about 5 mins, then fold in 28 gms SR flour, put in a flan tin and cook for about 15 mins until firm at 190 degrees flour
Notes
  • USE A STAND MIXER
  • TOP WITH SLICED FRUIT AND ADD A MOUSSE TO THE TOP AND SET IN THE FRIDGE UNTIL MOUSSE IS SET
