Easy No-Bean Chili
Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cornmeal
  • 1 ( 28- ounce) can chunky tomato puree (or diced tomatoes)
  • 2 cups beef stock

  • Sliced scallions
  • Sour cream
  • Grated cheddar cheese
  • Tortilla chips
  • Diced avocado
