White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ½ cup low carb sugar substitute or Swerve
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored whey protein or coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder original had baking soda which may be a mistake
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 batch homemade white chocolate or 4 oz low carb white chocolate bar, chopped
  • 5 ounces macadamia nuts coarsely chopped
