100ml (3.4 fl oz) sour cream or you can use natural yoghurt or Crème Fraiche

125g (4 .5 oz) self-raising flour

125g (4 .5 oz) plain flour

50g (2oz) cocoa powder

½ teaspoon (2.5ml) bicarbonate of soda
