Protein Jello Yogurt Mousse

Ingredients
  • 1 small box sugar free jello (flavor of choice)
  • ¾ cup water
  • 10 oz Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt (flavor of choice)
  • 2 scoops Quest Multipurpose Protein Powder
  • Sweetener of choice to preference (drops work better)
Steps
  1. Heat water until it's warm but not boiling.
  2. In a mixing bowl, empty sugar-free jello mix and pour the water over it and let it sit for about a minute
  3. Add in Protein Powder and stir
  4. Add in yogurt and stir
  5. Add in Sweetener to preference
  6. Blend until smooth.
  7. Pour into 4 ramekins and let it set.
