Curry Chicken Salad Pitas
Ingredients
  • ¼ c. Hy-Vee plain Greek yogurt/ 3 Tablespoons of Mayo.
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • Hy-Vee salt, to taste
  • 3 c. cooked chicken breast, or rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 medium stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 c. red seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 whole wheat pita breads, halved
