Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, 2 cups of zucchini, 1 small yellow onion, 1 cup of peas, 1 cup of sweet pepper, ½ cup of carrots
  • Transfer vegetables to a plate, and return skillet or wok to medium-high heat with sesame oil added. Season the cubed chicken pieces and fry until slightly cooked and browned.
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil, 1 pound chicken thighs, ½ teaspoon each, salt and pepper
  • Add the teriyaki sauce and cook with the chicken to heat it up. Next, returning sautéed vegetables to your wok or skillet & frying to coat well & heat through.
