Cinnamon swirl apple pie
Ingredients
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 9tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3tbsp P flour
  • 8 cups apples, peeled, cored & chopped
Steps
  1. Brush each sheet of pastry with milk and sprinkle each with 4tsp cinnamon
  2. Roll each sheet, then slice into 2cm pieces.
  3. Line apple pie with pastry circles and flatten
  4. Put sugar, flour & 1tsp cinnamon into bowl - add apple and mix well.
  5. Add apple to the lined tin
  6. Put remaining circles between grease proof paper and roll out, add to pour to
  7. Bake for 40 mins @ 180C
